Coachezzy Coach Education, a division of Art To Lead LLP (formerly known as Potential Genesis HR Services), has been delivering an ICF Coach Training program since 2015. Our Coach Educators, who are seasoned PCCs and MCCs, bring a wealth of knowledge with at least two decades of corporate experience in leadership roles. We proudly support over 200 Coaches globally, including those at ACC to PCC and MCC levels. Notably, 60% of our coaches are full-time external coaches actively engaged in the business of coaching, while 30% serve internal clients, and 10% are just beginning their journey.

Our Coaches choose to specialize as Life Coaches, Career Coaches, Executive Coaches, or Business Coaches, and they are guided to identify and build their niche areas that resonate with their passions.

Coachezzy, as a Level 2 ICF Accredited Coaching Education provider, is approved for 200 contact hours, which means we can effectively train, mentor, and assess recordings for aspiring coaches. Our mission is to provide a quality and economical coach development experience that supports your transformation journey.

COACHEZZY ART TO LEAD COACH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Our Coach Development program is designed as a holistic leadership transformation journey, built on extensive learning and research about how adults learn. This experiential learning approach is tailored to meet the specific needs of each Coach learner. Our Coach faculties, who have a minimum of three decades of experience and are trained in Group, Team Coaching, and one-on-one coaching, apply relevant strategies to provide an insightful experience for each Coach learner.

We recognize our responsibility to prepare each Coachezzy ICF Certified Coach to facilitate the desired changes, developments, and transformations in their clients. Our design includes numerous coaching practice opportunities, complemented by timely feedforward, equipping our coaches with the essential tools they need to thrive in the real world.

Our modules incorporate Social Cognitive Neuroscience, insights from the realms of business and art, along with real scenarios and key players. We blend ancient wisdom traditions with behavioral science in our content. Coach Educators guide Coach learners in creating their own tools and techniques, fostering their unique coaching style.

We promote a balance of structure and individuality through the personalized attention we provide to each of our Coach learners. With industry-leading coaching tools integrated into Coaching Mindset modules as a foundation, our curriculum emphasizes Self Coaching, Coaching others, Coaching leaders, Coaching enterprise leaders, Coaching Social Leaders, and Coaching in Groups and teams. Our goal is to empower coaches to drive transformation within organizations, teams, and individuals, guiding them from ACC to PCC.

Our 200+ and growing alumni network fosters learning and community support as they navigate their transformation journey together, particularly as part of the peer coaching group.

The standard course is a 135-hour program (100 hours of training + 10 hours of mentoring + 25 hours of assignment-based learning) that prepares students for the ACC to PCC transition, ensuring they are ready for the ICF certification.

In addition, we offer a unique PCC Upgrade program, specifically designed for qualified and experienced coaches. This special course, titled 'Coaching for Who - Being to Becoming,' aligns with our focus on coach development. Our CCE includes a 24-hour module on 'Applied Neuroscience for Coaches,' enhancing your skills in team coaching.
