Coachezzy Coach Education, Art To Lead LLP (erstwhile Potential Genesis HR Services ), has been delivering ICF Coach Training program since 2015 .

Our Coach Educators are longstanding PCCs and MCCs with minimum two decades of corporate experience and in leadership positions. We have 200+ Coaches globally at ACC, PCC and MCC levels. 60% are full time external coaches actively into business of coaching .30% of our coaches are serving internal clients . 10% are yet to start.

Our Coaches have decided to be Life Coaches, Career Coaches , Executive Coaches , Business Coaches , they are guided to pick up areas ,or build their niche ,which they feel aligned to .

COACHEZZY ART TO LEAD COACH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Our Coach development program is designed as a wholistic leadership transformation journey ,built in with lot of learning and research on how adults learn. This is an experiential learning designed to make it relevant for each Coach learner's need. Our Coach faculties,(with minimum three decades of experience , trained in Group, Team and one on one coaching applies relevant strategies with a purpose to bring in an insightful experience for each Coach learner.

We understand our responsibility to prepare each Coachezzy ICF Certified Coach to be the best to bring in desired changes ,developments ,transformations in their clients .Our design has loads of coaching practice opportunity , and just in time feedforward to strengthen our coaches with all necessary tools to face them in the real world.

Our modules have Social Cognitive Neuroscience +Learnings from world of business and art +with real scenario and real players .We bring in learning from ancient wisdom tradition and behavioural science together in our content. Coach Educators guide Coach learners to create their own tools and techniques which is their very own way of Coaching .

We promote structure and individuality at the same time , through individual attention provided to each of our Coach learners. We have industry best coaching tools incorporated with Coaching Mindset modules as foundation. Our modules focus on Self Coaching , Coaching others ,Coaching leaders, Coaching enterprise leader , Coaching Social Leaders, Coaching in Groups and in teams. Coach to being transformation in organizations, teams and individuals .

Our 200 + and growing alumni provides learning and community support to each other in their growth and part of the peer coaching group.

The standard Course is 135 Hours program ( 100 Hours Training + 10 hours of mentoring +25 hours of assignment based learning ) gets the students Training

Ready for PCC.

Apart from this, we offer a very unique PCC- Upgrade program. Through PCC upgrade program we offer a special course for a qualified and experienced coach a special course designed around " Coaching for Who " - Being to Becoming program. Our CCE is a 24 Hours module covering "Applied Neuroscience for Coaches"
